At Otura Scent, we strive to ensure your luxury fragrances and scenting solutions reach you with the same care and precision used to create them. Below are the details of our delivery process and timelines.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

We provide prompt delivery services across the UAE. Please note that processing and delivery times depend on your location and the time your order is placed.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote locations (listed below) will be completed within 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above AED 300.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below AED 300, a standard shipping fee of AED 30 will be applied at checkout.

3. Weekends and Public Holidays

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or UAE national holidays. Orders placed during these times will be handled on the next available business day.

4. High-Volume Periods

During seasonal peaks or promotional events (e.g., Eid, Black Friday, or Holiday seasons), delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package is handled with care.

5. Remote Areas List

Deliveries to the following areas follow the 2–3 day timeline:

  • Abu Dhabi: Liwa Oasis, Mezaira‘a, Qasr Al Sarab, Madinat Zayed, Al Dhafrah, Ghayathi, Al Sila, Marawah Island, Dalma Island, Ruwais, Al Mirfa, Sweihan, Ramlat Sweihan, Tarif, Bu Hasa, Al Tawelah, Al Shalelah, Al Ad’la, Al Rehan, Al Faya Desert.

  • Dubai: Hatta.

  • Sharjah: Al Madam, Al Dhaid, Maleha, Khorfakkan.

  • Northern Emirates: All areas within Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
