Refund and Return Policy
At Otura Scent, we take pride in the quality of our cold air diffusers and premium aroma oils. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Window: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons:

Opened Essential/Aroma Oils: Once the seal is broken, oils cannot be returned.

Custom/Signature Scents: Fragrances created specifically for your brand or event (Signature Scent Creation) are non-refundable.

Gift Cards.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g., a damaged diffuser), please contact us immediately.

Reporting Period: Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Warranty on Diffusers

Our specialized cold air diffusers come with a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, or use of non-approved oils.
